WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program
Professional SEO can be a worthwhile investment and still be difficult to justify financially.
You may have already talked with an SEO company, received a detailed proposal, and come away believing that much of what they recommended made sense. The price may even be reasonable for the amount of professional work involved.
But what’s reasonable and what’s affordable for your business aren’t always the same thing.
A $2,500, $3,500, or $5,000 monthly SEO proposal can represent legitimate professional value and still be more than your business can responsibly commit to right now. Maybe you’re growing, but you’re not yet at the point where that size of ongoing investment is comfortable. Maybe you’ve spent money on SEO before and need to feel more confident about what you’re paying for this time. Or maybe you simply looked at the numbers and decided that the conventional agency commitment was a larger risk than you’re prepared to take at this time.
That can leave a very real gap between the value of experienced professional SEO and what your business can responsibly afford right now.
Why I Created the SEO Access Program
I’ve spent a lot of time over the years talking with business owners about SEO pricing, what professional SEO actually includes, whether the investment is worth it, and why two legitimate providers can recommend very different scopes at very different prices.
One thing becomes clear pretty quickly: being unable to justify a large SEO retainer doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t value professional SEO.
Sometimes there’s simply a gap between what the work is worth and what your business can reasonably invest at this stage.
The only answers shouldn’t be to abandon professional SEO entirely or keep reducing the price until there’s very little meaningful professional work left.
That gap between what professional SEO costs and what a business can realistically justify or afford is why I created the WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program.
Through this Program, a limited portion of my professional capacity is reserved for a selective, self-funded 12-month discount on professional SEO services. WooWoo WebWorks absorbs part of the normal cost of my time and expertise so that businesses caught in the gap between needing professional SEO and being able to justify or afford a conventional agency retainer can still access the strategy and work they need to grow.
This isn’t a lower price created by automatically cutting the scope or reducing the work your business needs. Instead, we build the retainer around your business, your goals, what needs attention, and what you can responsibly justify or afford, with WooWoo WebWorks absorbing part of the professional cost during that initial 12-month period.
This Is Still a Professional SEO Relationship
The SEO Access Program is intended to provide a gateway to professional SEO services that your business may not otherwise be able to access.
Working with your business, my SEO strategy will go far beyond which keywords you want to rank for. My strategies are based on understanding what your business actually does, which services or products matter most, who your ideal customers are and what they care about, what market you’re trying to grow, what your website is currently doing well and, of equal importance, what it’s doing poorly, and what would make the outcome most meaningful to you.
That context matters because good SEO strategies aren’t built in isolation from the business they’re intended to help grow.
Depending on your situation, my work will focus on the areas that matter most for your goals and circumstances. That can include SEO strategy, website changes, technical development, content, local search, improving how your business is understood by search and AI engines, conversion improvements, measurement, and other priorities that become clear as I learn more about your business.
The WooWoo Approach™ strategy is unique to your business and goals. Since no two businesses are identical, each needs its own customized SEO game plan, or scope, to give the work the best opportunity to move you toward those goals.
There may be situations where, even with the Program discount, your available budget still doesn’t cover everything needed to accomplish your goals. In those cases, we’ll look at the best ways to make that budget work for you by deciding what needs to be prioritized, what can wait, and whether the timeline or scope needs to change.
Why I Need to See Your SEO Proposal
One thing you’ll need before applying for the SEO Access Program is a complete professional SEO proposal that you’ve received within the past three months.
The proposal gives me an important starting point for understanding what another professional has already identified, what they recommended, how they scoped the work, what they included or excluded, and what the full professional investment looked like.
I’ll review the proposal alongside the information you provide in your application and during our conversations about your business, website, goals, priorities, and budget. That gives me the context to build my own strategy and scope using The WooWoo Approach™, while also giving us a clear apples-to-apples way to compare what the other provider proposed with what I’m recommending.
The goal isn’t to take their proposal and simply offer the same thing for less. It’s to make sure you can clearly see the differences in scope, priorities, approach, and investment so you understand exactly what you’re getting through the Program and what we can realistically accomplish within the amount your business can responsibly invest.
If the provider also recommended rebuilding, redesigning, migrating, or making major changes to your website, I’ll need that proposal and pricing as well. Website work can significantly affect the scope of an SEO strategy, so I need to understand the complete recommendation rather than looking at only the monthly SEO price by itself.
Who Is the SEO Access Program For?
The SEO Access Program was created for established business owners who recognize the value of professional SEO, are prepared to make a meaningful investment, and have received a recent professional proposal that is more than your business can responsibly justify or afford right now.
You may be looking at a proposal that makes sense on paper, but the monthly commitment is still more than your business can comfortably absorb at this stage.
You may also be recovering financially from a previous SEO investment that created problems your business had to pay to repair, replace, or correct, and now the next professional SEO proposal may include the additional work necessary to fix what was left behind.
The Program is intended for situations where professional SEO still makes sense for your business, but the conventional cost creates a barrier between where you are now and the goals you’re ready to pursue.
Because your goals, website, and circumstances are unique to your business, the scope, priorities, and timeline will also be specific to what makes sense for your business rather than forcing you into a cookie-cutter, generic SEO package.
What You’ll Be Asked About
The application will ask about your business, how long you’ve been operating, the markets or locations you serve, your website, your ideal customers, your competitors, and what you’re trying to accomplish.
You’ll also be asked about any previous SEO experience and other marketing or advertising you’re currently using. That helps make sure the SEO strategy takes into account what your business is already doing to reach customers and how SEO fits alongside those efforts.
You’ll be asked what amount your business can realistically commit each month. The Program discount is intended to help close the gap between that amount and the cost of the professional SEO work your business needs. If, even with that discount, your available budget still doesn’t support everything needed to accomplish your goals, you’ll also be asked whether you’re open to adjusting priorities, scope, or timeline.
You’ll also be asked what you would personally consider a successful outcome from a 12-month SEO retainer. That doesn’t mean the outcome will be promised, because SEO results cannot be guaranteed.
Your answers give me a clear understanding of what you want SEO to help your business accomplish, so I can build the strategy that gives us the best opportunities to attain those goals.
Why the Program Runs for 12 Months
SEO is a long game. Meaningful progress takes time, and the work requires ongoing implementation, monitoring, measurement, and adjustments as we see how search and AI engines respond.
The 12-month timeframe is based on the nature of SEO itself, not on the amount you pay through the Program. Paying a lower retainer does not mean the work is intentionally stretched out over a longer period.
Throughout these 12 months, you’ll know what I’m working on, why I’m doing it, what I’m seeing, and what I think we need to do next.
The 12-month structure gives us time to implement the strategy, monitor and measure what’s happening, and then build on what we’re seeing so the work can keep moving in the direction of your goals.
What Happens After the First Year?
The SEO Access Program structure applies to the initial 12-month retainer. It is not intended to become a permanently discounted service.
As we approach the end of that first year, we’ll review the progress we’ve made, where your business stands, what your goals are moving forward, and what our next steps are to keep the momentum moving toward those goals.
This is also the opportunity to revisit the initial scope conversation. There may be work we intentionally postponed during the first year because, even with the Program discount, the amount you were able to invest didn’t support everything we identified as part of the larger strategy. If your business is in a stronger position to take on that investment, we can incorporate those priorities into the next stage of our SEO strategy.
We’ll also reassess the ongoing investment based on the scope we’ve identified for the next stage. If the SEO Access Program structure still makes sense for the next 12-month stage, we’ll discuss that as part of the same review.
From there, we’ll set the scope and investment for the next stage based on where your business is, what you want to accomplish next, and what the strategy requires.
How Will We Know Whether the Work Is Helping?
SEO results cannot be guaranteed, but that does not mean you’ll spend months wondering whether anything is happening.
Because we start with a clear understanding of what you want SEO to help your business accomplish, the way we measure progress stays connected to those goals.
You’ll receive reporting that shows what changed, where we’re seeing movement, what appears to be gaining traction, what needs more attention, and what I plan to do next. I’ll explain what those numbers and changes mean in plain English rather than handing you a collection of charts and expecting you to interpret them yourself.
I’ll also check in with you about what you’re seeing on your end, because not everything that matters happens on the website. More inquiries, different types of leads, customers mentioning how they found you, changes in bookings or sales, or even growing demand that begins to affect your capacity can all add important context to what I’m seeing online.
That combination of measurement, communication, and real-world feedback helps us understand what is and isn’t working, what needs our attention next, whether the strategy needs to change, and where to make deliberate moves based on the evidence instead of throwing everything at the wall and hoping something sticks.
That’s how I stay accountable for the work without promising an outcome I do not control.
How the WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program Is Structured
The SEO Access Program is not funded by a government agency, nonprofit organization, grant fund, or outside sponsor.
It is a self-funded discount provided by WooWoo WebWorks. A limited portion of professional capacity is reserved for the Program, and WooWoo WebWorks absorbs part of the cost of the time and expertise required during the initial 12-month retainer. Your business pays the remaining amount based on what you can responsibly justify or afford.
The discount changes what your business pays. It does not mean a lower standard of service, less expertise, or an automatically reduced amount of necessary work. Program participants receive the same level of professional strategy, implementation, attention, and accountability as other WooWoo WebWorks clients.
Because only a limited amount of professional capacity can be reserved for the Program, it has to remain at a manageable size. That helps maintain the same level of professional attention and quality of work for every WooWoo WebWorks client, including Program participants.
The application helps determine whether your goals, the work your business needs, the Program discount, and the amount you can responsibly invest can come together in a retainer that makes sense without sacrificing the quality of the work.
Before You Apply
You’ll need a professional SEO proposal dated within the past three months, along with any related website rebuild or major development proposal the provider recommended.
You’ll also be asked about:
- What you’d like SEO to help your business accomplish
- What is and isn’t working well for you right now
- What you can realistically commit each month
- What other marketing or advertising you’re already doing
- Whether you’re open to adjusting priorities, scope, or timeline if, even with the Program discount, your available budget doesn’t support everything needed to accomplish your goals
- Whether you’re comfortable committing to a 12-month retainer
The information you provide gives me the context to understand your business, the scope of the professional proposal you’ve already received, and what you’re trying to accomplish so we can assess whether the Program gives your business a workable path toward those goals.
