WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program
Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions before submitting an application? I've compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions I receive about the Professional SEO Access Program. I hope these answers will help, but please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions or concerns.
Does paying less mean I get less SEO or a scaled-down version of your regular service?
No. The Professional SEO Access Program isn’t a stripped-down SEO package, and your rate doesn’t determine how quickly I work. I don’t start with a standard SEO package and remove pieces until the price fits. Your strategy is built around your business, your goals, your market, your competition, and the opportunities most likely to have a positive impact.
Do I have to do part of the SEO work myself to participate?
No. This isn’t a DIY or shared-implementation program. You’re not expected to take on technical SEO, content strategy, website changes, reporting, or other professional SEO work just to lower the cost. I handle the SEO work included in your program. I’ll still need your business knowledge, feedback, access, and approvals along the way, because nobody knows your business better than you do.
Will I have to change my business goals if my budget is too low for everything I want to accomplish?
Not necessarily. The application asks whether you’re willing to be flexible with priorities, scope, or timing if necessary. That doesn’t mean I’ll force you to give up your goals or replace them with easier ones just to make your budget work. If your monthly budget isn’t enough to go after everything at once, we can talk about whether it makes sense to focus first on the goals and strategy most likely to have a positive impact, then build from there. If there isn’t a focused approach that I believe can have a meaningful impact at your available budget, I’ll be honest with you about that instead of trying to talk you into SEO that isn’t likely to give you enough value for what you’re spending.
What if the SEO quote I received is outside the $2,500–$5,000 range?
That’s fine. The $2,500–$5,000 range is an example of what many businesses are quoted for professional SEO services, not a requirement for the SEO Access Program. Your proposal may be higher or lower. I’m asking for a recent SEO proposal because it gives me useful context about what another provider recommended, what they planned to do, and what they expected you to invest.
Will WooWoo WebWorks simply follow the SEO proposal I already received?
No. I review the proposal for context, but I don’t use it as a blueprint for your SEO strategy. I’ll look at your business, your website, your goals, your market, your current visibility, and the information you provide in your application, then make my own recommendations based on what I believe will have the strongest positive impact.
Is the SEO Access Program a grant, subsidy, financing plan, or payment plan?
No. The Professional SEO Access Program isn’t a grant, loan, subsidy, financing arrangement, or payment plan for a larger SEO package. If you’re accepted, you receive a reduced first-year rate for professional SEO services through the Program. There isn’t a hidden balance waiting for you later.
Is the WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program only for businesses that can’t afford SEO?
No. The SEO Access Program is for established businesses that understand the value of professional SEO but can’t currently justify or responsibly commit to the level of investment they’ve been quoted. You’ll still need to be able to make a meaningful monthly investment in your business. The goal isn’t to provide ultra-low-cost SEO. It’s to make professional SEO more accessible when the usual agency pricing puts it out of your practical reach.
How much will SEO cost through the WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program?
There isn’t one set Program price because every business is different. Your rate is based on your business, your goals, your market, your current situation, and what your SEO actually needs. The application asks what monthly amount you can realistically commit to so I can determine whether there’s a workable path that can still have a meaningful positive impact.
Does applying guarantee that I’ll be accepted?
No. The SEO Access Program has limited capacity, and not every business will be a good fit. I review each application individually to determine whether I believe there’s a realistic opportunity to create meaningful progress within your specific situation and available budget.
Why does the WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program require a 12-month commitment?
SEO takes time to build, measure, adjust, and strengthen. A 12-month commitment gives us enough time to work through priorities, respond to what the data and search environment are telling us, and build toward stronger long-term visibility instead of chasing quick fixes.
What happens after the 12-month WooWoo WebWorks Professional SEO Access Program period ends?
Near the end of your first 12 months, we’ll talk about the results you’ve seen, any new goals you may have, and your ongoing SEO strategy. You’ll then have the option to continue with WooWoo WebWorks at the regular rate for the work your business needs. In some cases, you may be eligible to apply for a second year in the Professional SEO Access Program, but an additional year at the reduced rate isn’t guaranteed.
